Emily Stahl FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Emily Stahl is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. This means she can assess, diagnose, and treat patients and has full prescriptive authority. Her passion for holistic healthcare has been both a personal and professional journey and began well before she ever heard of functional or integrative medicine. Emily is passionate about providing quality, research based, empathetic healthcare to each individual patient and changing the healthcare world for the better.
At the age of 4, Emily knew she wanted to help people and picked nursing as a career path. She never looked back! Emily completed four year of work on a cardiac step down unit as a registered nurse before graduating as a nurse practitioner from the prestigious Georgetown University in 2015. Her first position as a provider was in a busy family practice in the rural Midwest where her responsibilities included acute and chronic illness management, routine obstetric care, inpatient hospital admissions, nursing home rounds, wound care, and various procedures. Following a move to Colorado, she worked multiple positions in employee and retail health clinics while studying at the School of Applied Functional Medicine and teaching nurse practitioner students as a clinical faculty advisor at Georgetown University. Emily is excited to now be a part of the Roots and Branches care team!
Emily enjoys spending time with God, being with her husband and two young children, hiking, and reading (mostly medical books and journals!)
